Jacqueline Stevenson is running for State Delegate to improve Maryland’s policy climate and deliver results that truly reflect the voices, needs, and priorities of the people. Her mission is to help restore Maryland as a place where families can thrive, businesses can grow, and communities can build lasting stability.
Policy is the umbrella that shapes our daily lives—it can either protect us or create new challenges. Jacqueline is running with a clear purpose: to ensure policies are people-centered, economically driven, and designed to produce real, measurable growth.
“As a resident, business owner and woman raising a family I have experienced first hand the limitations and barriers contributing to illness and poverty and I know we can do better. A vote for Jacqueline Stevenson is a vote for stronger communities, smarter policy, and a brighter, more sustainable future for Maryland.”

Your time, voice, and support matter. Join the team and be part of shaping Maryland’s future.

Stronger communities and safer neighborhoods
Restoring public safety through accountability in policing, stronger support for law enforcement, and targeted investment in crime prevention. Prioritizing neighborhood safety initiatives, youth intervention programs, and collaboration between community organizations and local agencies to reduce repeat offenses and improve quality of life.
Economic growth and workforce opportunity
Expanding pathways to stable, well-paying jobs through workforce development, trade education, apprenticeships, and small business support. Reducing unnecessary regulatory barriers that slow job creation, while encouraging local entrepreneurship and strengthening partnerships between employers, schools, and training programs to meet real labor market demand.
Smarter use of taxpayer dollars
Ensuring government spending is transparent, accountable, and outcomes-driven. Prioritizing essential services over administrative expansion, reducing waste, and improving oversight of public programs. Promoting performance-based budgeting so taxpayer dollars are tied directly to measurable community results and fiscal sustainability.
Better outcomes for families and schools
Focusing on academic achievement, literacy, and school readiness while restoring high standards in education. Supporting parental involvement, local control in schools, and expanded school choice options. Investing in teachers, classroom resources, and early intervention programs that improve long-term student success and reduce learning gaps.

I’m happy to support Jacqueline Stevenson for District 8 State Delegate! With her extensive background in mental health and small business, she will be a valuable asset to the Maryland General Assembly. It’s important that we have more qualified individuals in office, rather than inexperienced activists pushing radical agendas.
